Daily 9:00am to 10:00pm, last booking is 9:00pm.

Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred treatment time.

ARRIVAL
Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that your treatment can start promptly and take time to relax in the tranquil surroundings of our spa before your treatment. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

DURING YOUR TREATMENT
In consideration of other guests, smoking is not permitted in the spa and please be aware of the volume of your mobile phones and your voice so as not to disturb other guests.

GRATUITY
It is proper and customary to provide a gratuity to the staff member who provides the treatment, they always appreciates a gratuity. If uncertain on the percentage of a gratuity, please communicate with the receptionist.
